Residents of RDCK Area E will head to the polls on October 17, 2026, to elect their Area E Director for the next term.
The Balfour & District Business & Historic Association (BDBHA) is hosting an All Candidates Meeting on Sunday, October 4, from 7:00–9:00 p.m. at the Balfour Community Hall, 534 Charles Street. Dianna Ducs will be the moderator.
We’re inviting Area E residents to submit questions they would like to see asked of the candidates at the forum. Submitted questions will be compiled and reviewed to identify the topics and issues that are most important to residents. This feedback will help shape the questions posed to the candidates during the meeting.
There will also be a limited amount of time for questions from the audience during the event. While we hope to allow for some questions from those attending in person, we encourage residents to submit their questions in advance to ensure their concerns have an opportunity to be considered as part of the forum.
The BDBHA is a non-partisan, community-based organization that supports businesses, community connections and local initiatives in the Balfour area. Our goal in hosting this forum is to provide an opportunity for residents to hear directly from the candidates and learn more about their priorities for Area E.
Through this process, we hope to gather and represent the questions and concerns that matter most to Area E residents during this election.
